On December 19 in STATE INDEPENDENT CULTURAL INSTITUTION WITH "IKTS", INNOVATIVE CULTURE CENTER the Ugrafest festival organized by the ministry of domestic policy and mass communications of area with financial support Federal agency for nationalities took place. The festival is devoted to the victorious end of Great standing on the Ugra River. On the Kaluga earth, on coast of Ugra, fall of 1480 there was a fatal event in national history.
