Russian Federation officially stopped the participation in Contract on the open sky. In Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation emphasized that without participation of United States of America and Russian Federation efficiency DON will sharply decrease — the zone of its application will decrease approximately by 80%, the number of missions of the open sky planned for 2022 also will be reduced.
