The inhabitant of Smolyan (the South Bulgaria) found and returned to the owner a package which contained the large sum of money and the documents containing the classified information. About it on December 17 reported "The Bulgarian television". According to the official information, the specified package was found on the sidewalk in the downtown. The woman who has thus found a parcel immediately addressed in police where coordinates of the potential recipient of a package were specified.
