The new law will remove contradictions between regions and municipalities

The bill "About the General Principles of the Organization of Local Government in Uniform System of the Public Power" is introduced in State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The new bill as developers consider, will promote development provisions of Constitution of the Russian Federation about uniform system of the public power.
