PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSTELECOM" finished in Altai Territory the works planned for 2021 on the second stage of the federal project "Elimination of a Digital Inequality" within the national program "Digital economy Russian Federation". The operator constructed optical communication lines and established base stations in 42 small villages of the region (with the population from 100 to 500 people). Now to their inhabitants are available a mobile voice communication 4G/LTE and the wireless Internet.
