In the Supreme court Denmark case of the ex-minister on affairs of immigration of the country Inger Stoyberg was considered on December 13. The former official accused in separation of 23 couples migrants in which there were minor wives. Holding a position of the minister in 2016, Inger Stoyberg issued the order according to which families of the migrants who have addressed to Denmark for granting a shelter were divided. Court considered such decision illegal and sentenced the ex-minister to two months of imprisonment though prosecutor's office insisted on 4 months.
