On December 13 on the 79th year the former mayor of Nakhodka Victor Semenovich Gnezdilov died. Victor Semenovich Gnezdilov was born in Zembrena's village Primorsky Territory. Graduated from Far East polytechnical institute (1972) as "mechanical engineer". In 1991 and 1992 it was appointed the head of executive committee of Nakhodka the resolution of chapter of Administration of the Primorsky Territory. On a post of the mayor of Nakhodka it was chosen twice (in 1996 and 2000).
