School was carried out by Public Organization "the Russian-Armenian Youth Unity" together with chair of world politics and the international relations the Russian-Armenian universities with support Fond Gorchakova and the Russian center of culture and science to Armenia. School brought together 35 young specialists in the field of the international relations, diplomacy and economy at the age of 20-25 years from the countries of Eurasian Economic Union: Armenia, Russian Federation, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
