To Chelyabinsk Region raise money on a monument to the head the area

It is a question of the monument devoted to the former head Plast district who died last year. CHARITY FUND "BIRYUZOVY" was engaged in fund raising on creation of a monument to Alexander Neklyudov, to the former head Plast district. As reported in municipality administration, the same fund was engaged in installation of a monument to Petr Sumin in Chelyabinsk, and then there was an idea to erect a monument in honor of the head of the area.
