A share in RFP Group sold for 525 million dollars

The Japanese company redeemed a share in holding RFP Group for 525 million dollars. The transaction will be completely closed to the middle of January, 2022. As report daily business newspaper "Vedomosti", a share in 75% the Japanese company got Iida Group Holdings, specializing on construction wooden houses. Government of the Russian Federation granted permission for the transaction at observance of three conditions. So, Iida will have to invest 150 million dollars until the end of 2026 in construction new capacities on wood processing, and also in modernization available in Khabarovsk Territory.
