To Penza Region — the new regional prosecutor: the Varangian Pavlov Aleksey as test for local elite

On December 8 Vladimir Putin signed the order on appointment of the prosecutor Penza Region. As well as wrote before BV, Pavlov Aleksey became it. Before appointment he was the deputy prosecutor Samara Region, in Penza never worked and becomes the next Varangian.
