The block No. 3 of the Finnish nuclear power plant "Olkiluoto" came to a final stage of preparation for start

TVO the Finnish company Industrial Power COR "Teollisuuden Voima Oyj", being the operator of one of two operating in Finland the nuclear power plant "Olkiluoto", addressed on December 8, 2021 in Management nuclear and radiation safety Finland (STUK) for permission to a conclusion of the third block of the nuclear power plant "Olkiluoto" to the first criticality and to carrying out test at a low power. According to nowadays available plans, start of the power unit is planned for January, 2022.
