The director of fund of the industry claims that Petrov Maxime demanded to give out credits to five companies which had one owner. Petrov Gennady, heading "DEVELOPMENT FUND the industries Oryol Region", told journalists about the reasons of the conflict to Petrov Maxime, the head of department of the industry and trades.
