To Murmansk Region the new minister of constructions became the chief of regional ADMINISTRATION OFFICE KAPITALNOGO STROITELSTVA (UKS) Irina Vabishchevich, the governor of the region Andrey Chibis. The post of the head of UKS will be held by Sergeev Roman who earlier there was the deputy Irina Vabishchevich, added the head of the region.
