The tobacco producer from Leningrad Region could not prove declaring of packings

Arbitration court of Rostov region refused to nullify the decision the Southern electronic customs (YuET) which obliged JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "PHILIP MORRIS IZHORA" (FMI), "daughter" of the Swiss Philip Morris Int Inc., to pay in addition the customs duties.
