Bosch started making semiconductors from innovative materials

Robert Bosch GmbH began serial production power semiconductors from silicon (SiC) carbide. It is an innovative material thanks to which introduction it will be possible to increase considerably range of run and speed of charging of electric cars, the German producer declared. Semiconductors from silicon carbide especially effectively use energy, speak in Bosch, and in the future will be more increasing than cars serial productions to be equipped with these chips.
