Martin George wanted that "Game of thrones" prolonged till ten seasons

The series "Game of Thrones" ended in 2019. Show received eight seasons though Martin George wanted to see at least ten. Allegedly still remained many materials which could be used. In the new book about Home Box Office Inc it became known that Martin George arrived to New York for conversation with the former general director companies Richard Plepler. He asked it to prolong series till ten seasons because too much good vanishes. Also Martin George worried about "Game of thrones" after the fifth season.
