Winter University games are cancelled 2021 because of an omicron strain Koronavirus

Winter University games which had to take place in Swiss Lucerne from December 11 to December 21, are cancelled. Active distribution of a new strain Koronavirus — "omicron" became the reason of cancellation of competitions, is reported on the official site of competitions. The decision was made after Switzerland entered restrictions on entrance for representatives of the countries in whom the new option Koronavirus was revealed — it is Australia, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Israel and Czech Republic.
