Youri Arkharov urged "to improve" the law concerning electronic cigarettes

In Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation suggested "to improve" the law on electronic cigarettes and veypakh. As emphasized with the deputy head of social committee of department, the doctor Youri Arkharov, smoking of devices among youth increased twice.
