The State Council did not manage to appoint all members of regional Electoral commission

For discussion of republican parliament the updated list of candidates which was approved also by oppositional deputies was submitted. At meeting State Council of the Komi Republic had to appoint on November 24 six members of election commission of the republic with the right of a casting vote. The list was submitted the day before. The committee on the legislation and local government in the morning on November 23 approved it. But after a break four deputies from fractions of Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Liberal Democratic Party of Russia and ""A Just Russia" Party — For the truth" decided to continue independently committee meeting, returned to this question and approved the new list...
