In State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation the first meeting of the interfractional working group on legislative regulation of a turn and realization of scrap of ferrous metals which was headed by the vice-chairman of the Duma Sergei Neverov took place. The working group was created at the request of the Chairman State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Vyacheslav Volodin at plenary session on November 11.
