Latypova Zemfira headed Supreme Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan three years ago, at the end of December, 2018. Before she nine years, since 2009, was vice-chairman. Earlier in kovid-hospital the former mayor of Sterlitamak Vladimir Ivanovich Kulikov died. He left the post less than a month before death.
