In the forecast of social and economic developments Ryazan Region population of the region is sharply reduced by the next three years. The deputy of Oblduma Victor Gerasimovich Malyugin (Communist Party of the Russian Federation) during discussion of the draft of the budget areas for the next three years at Duma meeting on November 23. Victor Gerasimovich Malyugin gave such figures of the forecast of excess of mortality of the population of area over birth rate: for 2022 – on 12 thousand people, for 2023 – 10 thousand.
