"We want stable Belarus which has good relations with Europe and Russian Federation because it is important for our safety and for stability Europe" — Mikhael Linkhart noted. According to the minister, Europe wants to see Belarus the democratic state. In this regard Mikhael Linkhart called necessary the dialogue organization between the authorities of this country and opposition for settlement of a "deadlock" internal political situation to Belarus. He also considers Vienna as the best platform for conducting such dialogue.
