It was during the investigation established that during the period from 2011 to 2014 Kochenov signed contract on work on reconstruction of BDT named after G. A. Tovstonogova with FEDERAL STATE PUBLIC INSTITUTION "SZDS OBEKTOV KULTURY" MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION, ARCHITECTURE AND HOUSING OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION. Kochenov did not plan to execute agreement conditions, signed acts of acceptance of the performed works and other documents made by employees unaware of criminal intention "Baltstroy".
