The congress of World Athletics prolonged VFLA discharge

Discharge All-russian public organization "VFLA" the congress of Международная association легкоатлетических федераций prolonged (World Athletics). Vote took place on November 17. 126 delegates voted for extension of discharge of VFLA from national federations. This decision was opposed by 18 Congressmen. 34 delegates refrained from vote. Let's remind, VFLA was deprived of membership in World Athletics in November, 2015. Since then discharge lasted more than 15 times.
