Prosecutor's office Krapivinsky district during check of performance of the labor legislation elicited the fact of informal employments two citizens at the individual entrepreneur. It is established that over a year in shop as sellers two women worked, thus labor contracts with them did not consist, orders on employment were not published, violated the rights of citizens for fair working conditions.
