Court stopped criminal case concerning the ex-head PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CORPORATION VSMPO-AVISMA" Mikhail Voevodin

City Court of the Verkhnyaya Salda district of the Sverdlovsk region (Sverdlovsk Region) stopped criminal prosecution of the former general directors VSMPO-AVISMA corporations PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CORPORATION VSMPO-AVISMA" Mikhail Voevodin. Charge according to p.1 Art. 201 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (abuse of authority) was brought to it. According to the investigators, because of actions of the former top manager on sale titanic shaving on non-market conditions of companies the damage of more than 130 million rubles was caused. The correspondent Newspaper "Kommersant" (Ural), being in a court hall , reported that to Mikhail Voevodin was appointed by 80 thousand rubles of a judicial penalty.
