Moscow (information agency "Reuters") - Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) sees risks of a manipulation in promises of growth of actions after IPO and wants to toughen regulation not to allow outflow of retail investors, deceived in expectations, Xenia Yudaeva told the first deputy chairman of Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia).
