On November 11 on a platform Petersburg international innovative forum the final of the III All-Russian festival of the university technological HSE FEST projects organized of FEDERALNOYE GOSUDARSTVENNOYE AUTONOMNOYE OBRAZOVATELNOYE UCHREZHDENIYE VYSSHEGO OBRAZOVANIYA "NATIONAL RESEARCH UNIVERSITY "HIGH SCHOOL EKONOMIKI" took place. The general partner of a festival – PUBLIC JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "ROSTELECOM". The science and technology park of Saint Petersburg acted as the operator of a festival.
