The prosecutor of edge carried out joint reception with the head Department of federal bailiff service on Primorsky Territory – the chief bailiff Primorsky Territory

On reception 9 citizens which questions concerned compulsory execution of the decisions of the courts which have entered validity, execution of alimentary obligations by debtors, and also to other questions connected with activity of bailiffs addressed to the prosecutor of edge Sergei Aleksandrovich Stolyarov and to the chief bailiff to Eleonora Protopopova. During reception the prosecutor of edge answered questions of citizens, explained provisions of the current legislation, gave the corresponding instructions about the organization of checks of arguments of applicants with taking measures to real elimination of violations of the rights of citizens.
