Court refused LLC "YUMK BANK" a ban to the liquidator to dispose of property banks

Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow refused LLC "YUMK BANK" acceptance of interim measures in the form of a ban to the liquidator to dispose of property banks, to repay requirements of competitive creditors, authorized bodies, to convoke meeting of creditors, is spoken in definition of vessels. Arbitral tribunal of the city of Moscow satisfied on October 21 the statement of LLC "YUMK BANK" about recognition invalid the order of Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) about revocation of license on implementation of bank operations.
