Results of supervision of Japanese biologists showed that the tires thrown out in the sea are deadly to crayfish eremites. They climb in the tire and cannot get out from there any more, perish for hunger or become cannibalism victims. In article published in Royal Society Open Science, authors note that it can lead to reduction of number of population of crayfish eremites and work great mischief to all coastal ecosystem.
