Fund of a name of the artist Khalfin Rustam opened in Kazakhstan

Khalfin Rustam by right is considered one of the most significant figures in art of Central Asia the XX century. The artist of actual art and the architect by education, he one of the first beginnings to be engaged in performance, installation and a videoart and had a great impact on art community of our country. Among other things Khalfin Rustam created the concept "puloty" – an emptiness and completeness combination at the same time.
