The federal research center of information and computing technologies (FITS IVT) again it appeared in a difficult situation. On October 29 with reference to employees institutes in mass media there was information that the new acting the director Medvedev Sergei (appointed instead of discharged of this position Yurchenko Andrey) will not be able to provide with the order of Ministry of Science and Technology payment salaries to employees in time established by the law as had no opportunity to dispose of enterprise accounts.
