In Moscow the closed competition on the best architectural and town-planning concept of coastal quarter of the residential area of ÁLIA at the Moskva River began . Houses at water make a big contribution to a capital panorama, create architectural dominants therefore their realization – special responsibility for all participants of the project, the chief architect noted Moscow Sergei Kuznetsov.
