Into Russian Federation suggested to pass to electronic medical policies

If this project will be approved, compulsory health insurance will be exempted from a binding to "paper policies" and will be written down in the register of system FOMS. Since January 1 of next year Russians will be able to refuse paper and plastic policies of compulsory health insurance. It will occur if the relevant law is adopted.
