The Krasnodarsky transport prosecutor's office according to the address of the applicant carried out an inspection of observance of requirements of the land legislation. It is established that in defiance of legislation requirements the local self-willedally used land plot, with a total area of 390 sq.m., branches located in a strip iron are expensive, having equipped it with an asphalt covering. For the purpose of elimination of the revealed violations the transport prosecutor addressed in Primorsko-Akhtarsk district district court Krasnodar territory with requirements to release land plot and to dismantle a covering.
