Public joint-stock company "Bank VTB" since October 21 reduce on 0,21 software a rate on refinancing credits within "a family mortgage". On condition of complex insurance the rate according to the program will make now 4,79%. The lowered rate on refinancing is available at submission of the credit demand until the end of the year. All clients, except for living and getting housing in the territory Far Eastern Federal District can use new conditions. For borrowers in this region the minimum rate according to the program remains at the level of 4,3% per annum (on condition of complex insurance).
