By means of the game "Accident in the Desert" speakers shipped participants in a situation of adoption of the individual decision, and then – decision-making in group and analysed efficiency of the made decisions in both cases. Then, periodically addressing to experience of game, speakers acquainted participants with algorithm of decision-making in group, types of thinking and specifics of their use, and also with algorithm of a solution.
