Designers Raquel Ares and Inyaki Albistur and founders of Arquimaña studio from Basque Country thought up the concept of environmentally friendly wooden bicycles — OpenBike. To this idea they were pushed by a worsening ecological situation to Spain — cars fill streets of the cities and pollute environment, writes Fast Company. Designers wanted to develop environmentally friendly transport which people could collect.
