Russian Federation regards actions Kiev in connection with detention the representative of Luhansk People's Republic in the Joint center for control and ceasefire regime coordination "as perfidious and provocative", Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Maria Zakharova is told in the comment of the official representative. The diplomat noted that Moscow expects "a basic assessment of an event from outside OSCE".
