Court confirmed legality of discharge from work of not imparted employees of the retailer in Altai Territory

Workers Retail chain stores "Svetofor" in Slavgorod through court tried to achieve recognition illegal decisions of the employer on their discharge on the basis of refusal of an antikovidny inoculation. The press service Slavgorodskoe district Gorodskoe court Altai territory reported that the first instance did not meet the requirement of employees and confirmed validity of actions of the management of shop. Four employees of LLC "Torgservis 22" which operates shop of Retail chain stores "Svetofor" in Slavgorod, appealed to court with the purpose to resolve dispute with the management.
