The governor Altai Territory Victor Petrovich Tomenko appointed the representative in Altai regional Legislative Assembly. The decision ripened more than half a year, the correspondent of information agency "REGNUM" reports. Instead of condemned for fraud Stella Shtan it became the ex-deputy of State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Natalia Kuvshinova ("United Russia" Party).
