From romances to fate: the Barnaul collectives begin the creative year

Traditionally fall — the beginning of a concert time when creative seasons open, new programs are thought out and posters are formed. And though because of a pandemic the Barnaul collectives do not undertake to make too far-reaching plans, nevertheless they shared the ideas on the foreseeable future.
