Communist Party of the Russian Federation proposed to make investigation, and "United Russia" Party blocked an initiative that indirectly (though where pryamy) it is possible to consider as the sign of unwillingness of the Russian power to recognize the Saratov horror even as the local incident demanding trials and punishment guilty...
