"Tashir Medika" got a share in two companies Netrika Group

The structure holdings "Tashir" – "Tashir Medika" – got 50% shares in developers of IT solutions for the state and private health systems "Netrika Meditsina" and "Elnetmed", belonging to the Petersburg Netrika Group. The amount of transaction is not disclosed. The interrogated newspaper "Kommersant" experts estimate it at 1-1,5 billion rubles.
