As it became known on October 12, in Volgograd created the commission from 10 people which will be engaged in carrying out competitions on selection of candidates for a post of the head Volgograd. According to the Charter , in competition on a vacant post everyone falling under not the most rigid requirements can accept Volgograd not less than two candidates will send to City Duma of Volgograd who will elect the new mayor.
