The constitutional commission of the Senate Czech Republic will hold on October 19 meeting at which will discuss a question of the announcement of the hospitalized president of the country Milos Zeman incapable to execute the powers. The chairman of the commission Zdenek Graba declared meeting convocation on Tuesday.
