In claim the prosecutor Svetly Yar district in municipal property are returned land plots by cost

Prosecutor's office of the Svetly Yar district of the Volgograd region carried out an inspection of execution of requirements of the land legislation during which violations at alienation of land plots are revealed. It is established that the administration of the Svetloyarsky municipal area in 2018 and 2020 to property without carrying out auctions for a payment transferred two land plots to the citizens who have submitted documents on existence on these land plots earlier rented by them of garages.
